Head of Maintenance
Qualifications
- At least an O level certificate
- Good communication skills
- High energy and motivation, initiative and quick thinking in fast-response situations
- Proven experience in multi tasking and people management
- Committed and practicing Christian.
Duties
- Provide headship of all Maintenance matters and develop monthly and weekly work plans and update for work schedule of the maintenance department.
- Recommends and updates LIU management of all maintenance issues to ensure timely attention.
- Makes reports and notes matters arising and prepares reminders to all concerned of maintenance issues that need to be addressed.
