Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in: Education; Social Work and Administration; Public Administration; or any other related field
- Good communication skills
- High energy and motivation, initiative and quick thinking in fast-response situations
- Experience in counseling
- Proven experience in multi tasking and people management
- Committed and practicing Christian.
Duties
Provides headship of the hall of residence, initiate, develop and update a management system and policy for implementing and monitoring students welfare and discipline in the hall in line with university welfare and discipline policy.
